If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you refund or exchange of products.\n\nTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.\n\nNon-returnable items:\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n \t<li>Downloadable software products and Subscriptions<\/li><br>\n<\/ul>\nTo complete your return, we require:\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n \t<li>a reference of purchase<\/li>\n \t<li>a list of products to be returned<\/li>\n \t<li>pictures of the unused status of products<\/li>\n<\/ul><br>\nAfter receiving this information MEMO will check and proceed a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number that entitles you for return &#8211; please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without RMA reference.\nSecurity Electronic products must be carefully checked before they can be stocked again, therefor only a partial refund can be granted.<br>\n<br><h2>Refunds<\/h2>\nOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.\n\nIf your RMA is approved, then your refund will be 80% of the original buy price, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.<br>\n<br><h2>Sale items<\/h2>\nOnly regular priced items may be refunded.
