• How the "Invoice" payment method works: Once you have successfully completed your online order, you will receive an automatic ORDER DETAILS email. This summary of your order does not yet contain our bank details. We process your order during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and send an order confirmation with our bank details via email once we have accepted your order. You transfer the total order amount to our account via bank transfer. As soon as your transfer has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation via email. Once all items in your order are in stock, your order will be packed and shipped, and you will receive a shipping notification via email.
